Registration or submission does not guarantee distribution, monetization, playlist placement, CMS access or Content ID acceptance. Commercial services require a separate written agreement. You retain your ownership unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.

We may pause or reject submissions for eligibility, quality, rights or security concerns. Royalty figures depend on verified statements and applicable agreements. Payment requests on this platform are administrative requests, not transfers.

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact us about disputes or errors so we can investigate. These website terms do not override mandatory legal rights. Effective 11 October 2026.
